Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records (sales, purchase, and expense entries).

• Prepare and process invoices, debit/credit notes, and receipts.

• Support bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

• Help in maintaining statutory records (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related queries.

• Assist in preparing reports for management as required.

• Ensure all financial data is accurate, updated, and filed properly.
