Job Title: Accounts Executive – Warehouse

Location: Hamidpur / Tronica City

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to customers as per dispatches.

• Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile inventory regularly.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth flow of goods and correct documentation.

• Ensure GST compliance, including correct application of GST rates on invoices.

• Maintain and update accounting records in the system.

• Prepare daily/weekly stock and sales reports for management.

• Support internal and external audits related to warehouse and stock.

Requirements:

• Graduate.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a trading environment.

• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ Busy knowledge preferred).

• Understanding of GST.
