We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Accountant cum Admin officer to manage both financial operations and administrative functions of our retail laundry outlet. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance numbers with people management.
Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and petty cash
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for compliance
Import &Export
Administrative Operations
Oversee daily office administration, including inventory and vendor coordination
Handle customer billing queries and maintain client records
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Support store operations with documentation, reporting, and logistics
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any specialization
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in accounting and admin roles
Proficiency in accounting software Tally Erp9
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
only male candidates prefered candidate residing in chennai only prefereed or Ecr location are welcome
age group 25 to 45 experience in any industry or retail laundry industry preferred
