Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant Accounts & Intern – Data Entry professional to support our accounts department in maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will handle data entry of accounting transactions, assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, and ensure timely and error-free record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments, expenses).

• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Verify accuracy of data before entry and correct any errors found.

• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.

• Support the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.

• Assist in filing and organizing financial documents (both physical and digital).

• Provide support to the accounts team for audits and internal reviews.

• Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma required; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in data entry or accounting support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Other: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
