Spa Manager

A Spa Girl (also known as a Spa Therapist or Wellness Executive) is responsible for providing relaxing, therapeutic, and beauty treatments to clients while maintaining a calm, clean, and welcoming spa environment. The role involves excellent customer service, knowledge of wellness therapies, and maintaining professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients warmly and understand their needs.

• Provide spa treatments such as:

  • Full Body massages

  • Facials

  • Manicures & pedicures

  • Body scrubs & wraps

  • Aromatherapy sessions

• Suggest suitable treatments based on client requirements.

• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session.

• Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in all spa areas.

• Maintain accurate treatment records.

• Promote spa packages, memberships, and products.

• Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety during all procedures.

• Follow spa policies, protocols, and safety standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification or training in spa therapy, beauty, or massage (preferred).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of basic massage techniques and spa treatments.

• Professional, polite, and well-groomed appearance.

• Ability to maintain a calm and relaxing environment.

• Physically fit and able to perform repeated treatments.

• Previous spa or hospitality experience is a plus.
