Travel Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant :

• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs.

• Provide detailed information about travel destinations, products, and options.

• Create and sell personalized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations.

• Handle bookings, cancellations, and modifications of travel arrangements.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team sales performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.

• Assist clients in resolving any travel-related issues or concerns.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, Convincing Skills, Negotiation skills, Travel Sales is an added advantage.
