Sales Manager – Loan Products
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for driving the sales and business development of multiple loan verticals — SME Loans, Home Loans, personal loans, Business Loans and Project Finance. The role focuses on sourcing new clients, building strong referral and partner networks, managing relationships with corporate and individual borrowers, and achieving loan disbursement and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and source potential clients for SME loans, business expansion loans, home loans, and project funding etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, corporates, CA firms, DSAs, and financial intermediaries.
Explore new markets and opportunities for financing across sectors.
2. Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and disbursement targets across loan categories.
Present customized financial solutions to clients based on their credit profile and business needs.
Coordinate with internal team and the team of lenders for timely sanction and disbursement.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide complete post-sanction support and ensure smooth loan servicing experience.
4. Channel & Network Development
Build and manage a network of DSAs, financial advisors , CA’s etc.
guide channel partners on product knowledge and compliance requirements.
Drive performance through incentive structures and regular reviews.
Key Skills Required:
In-depth knowledge of loan products: SME finance, term loans, working capital, LAP, home loans, and project finance.
Strong financial understanding — ability to analyze balance sheets, ITRs, and project reports.
Excellent sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in client handling, communication, and deal closure.
Result-oriented with a focus on business growth and relationship building.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance
4-5 years of experience in loan product sales, preferably with a bank, NBFC, or financial advisory firm.
Proven track record in achieving loan disbursement targets
