Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at DBS Bank. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Gold Loan products through field visits, referrals, and local market channels

• Explain gold loan features, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to customers

• Conduct preliminary gold appraisal and coordinate with branch/credit teams for processing

• Ensure KYC, documentation, and compliance as per DBS policies

• Achieve assigned monthly disbursement and revenue targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local influencers

• Handle customer queries and provide post-disbursement support

• Monitor portfolio quality and assist in collections, renewals, and closures when required

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduation in any stream (mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in Gold Loan / secured lending sales

• Good understanding of gold valuation and loan processes

• Strong communication and local market knowledge

• Willingness to do field sales

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM systems)
