Influencer Onboarding Executive (Sales Role)

About the Role: We’re looking for a motivated and persuasive individual to help grow our client’s influencer network. Your job is to onboard female Instagram influencers with 1,000+ followers onto our client’s platform. You’ll reach out, explain the benefits, and get them successfully registered and active.

Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential female Instagram influencers (1K+ followers). • Connect with influencers through DMs, email, calls, or other creative outreach methods. • Explain the platform’s value and guide them through the onboarding process. • Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, and onboarding status. • Meet weekly or monthly onboarding targets. • Share feedback and insights to improve influencer engagement strategies.

Requirements: • Excellent communication and persuasion skills. • Familiarity with Instagram and influencer marketing trends. • Self-motivated and result-oriented. • Comfortable handling outreach and follow-ups independently. • Prior experience in influencer marketing, sales, or social media outreach is a plus.

Compensation: Performance-based incentives: Earn based on the number of influencers onboarded. Additional bonuses for achieving milestones or exceptional performance.
