Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Provide financial advisory services including investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable financial products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and after-sales support.
Maintain regular communication with existing clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay updated with financial market trends and company products.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (MBA/Finance background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Sales / Banking / Financial Services (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of financial products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Stock Market, etc.) will be an added advantage.
