The key responsibilities of a personal assistant in a travel agency:

- Administrative Support: Answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence for travel consultants and the management team.

- Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation arrangements.

- Documentation: Preparing and processing travel documents, itineraries, and invoices accurately and efficiently.

- Client Service: Maintaining client files and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised, and providing excellent customer service.

- Office Management: Assisting with office tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organising files.

- Marketing Support: Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media updates, website maintenance, and promotional activities. Travelling with the CEO on short notice.

Some other important tasks include

- Itinerary Planning: Creating and managing travel itineraries for clients.

- Travel Documentation: Assisting with travel visas, passports, and other travel documents.

- Customer Inquiries: Handling customer inquiries and providing travel-related information.

- Logistics Coordination: Coordinating logistics for business trips and events.

We are a tour operator and travel agency located in Lenin Sarani, Kolkata – 700013, near Esplanade, as well as in Salt Lake Sector, near Sector 5 Metro Station. Office timings are 10.30 AM to 7.30 PM from Monday to Saturday, Sunday & National holidays are off days, provided no travel-related work is pending​, or any tour movement is there.

The female Candidate (aged between 25 and 35) should have a pleasing personality and convincing Skills, attending Meetings, seminars, & Travel Road shows. Selling tour packages offline & online, assisting the CEO with day-to-day work, and travelling as an Assistant to the CEO if required. MUST HAVE A PASSION FOR TRAVEL.

Graduate in any stream (Preferred)

Experience:

English, Hindi & Bengali (Required)
