Key Responsibilities
Policy Management:
Processing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
Claims Handling:
Managing the claims process from notification to resolution, including investigating claims and coordinating with adjusters and other stakeholders.
Customer Service:
Responding to customer inquiries, providing information on policy matters, and resolving complaints promptly.
Risk Assessment:
Analyzing risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance coverages and contributing to business development initiatives.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal company policies, and preparing reports for senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identifying and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the operations.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborating with various internal departments, such as underwriting, finance, and client support, as well as external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is often required.
