Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation and qualification through calls, emails, digital outreach, and networking.

• Drive sales for high-value corporate clients through consultative selling.

• Manage, prioritize, and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.

• Mentor and guide junior sales executives on best practices and client engagement.

• Collaborate with Sales Manager on proposals, quotations, and strategic follow-ups.

• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and support.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and post-sales service.

• Support client presentations, demos, onboarding, and strategic account management.

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.

• Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or marketing solutions preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience in mentoring or leading junior sales team members.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
