Roles and Responsibility
Make 45–50 outbound calls daily to schools across India using a structured calling database and script.
Introduce and explain the SPARK Online Olympiad program to principals, academic coordinators, or school representatives.
Share required information via email or WhatsApp as requested by school contacts.
Address basic queries related to the Olympiad’s structure, benefits, schedule, and registration process.
Record detailed notes of each interaction in the CRM or Google Sheets, including status, interest level, and follow-up needs.
Identify and transfer qualified/matured leads to the senior sales team for closure.
Follow up with schools who showed prior interest but have not yet registered.
Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and consistency in school interactions.
Meet weekly and monthly performance goals set by the team manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, Communications).
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or lead generation—education/EdTech background preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good email writing and messaging etiquette.
Comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Docs) and basic CRM tools.
