The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly specialized Senior Global Visa Documentation Specialist to manage complex study visa, work permit, and PR documentation for CANADA, USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, and EUROPEAN countries. This role requires an in-depth, hands-on understanding of major immigration programmes and meticulous documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Expert Documentation Management: Independently prepare end-to-end documentation packages for study visas, work permits, and PR applications.

Handle both individual and family applications with high accuracy.

• Country Program Specialization: Serve as a subject matter expert with proven experience in filing documentation for:

• Canada: Express Entry (FSW), PNP, LMIA-based Work Permits, and Study Permits.

• United Kingdom (UK): Skilled Worker Visa, Study Visa, Tourist Visa.

• Australia: Skilled Migration Visas (Subclass 189/190), Employer-Sponsored Visas (Subclass 482), and Study Visa documentation.

• Germany: Opportunity Card (GOC / Chancenkarte), EU Blue Card, Skilled Worker Visa.

• European Work Permit Knowledge: Demonstrate practical knowledge of documentation and compliance for European Union (EU) work permits and processes across the Schengen Area.

• Quality Control (QC): Perform a final, thorough quality check on all visa files before submission to minimise errors and expedite processing.

• Immigration Research: Stay continuously updated on the latest policy changes, document formats, and submission protocols across all primary countries.

  Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of specialized experience in multi-country visa documentation and case processing.

  • In-Depth Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany (including GOC), and EU work permit documentation.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy and organisational skills for handling complex case files.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work on-site at the designated Kinshu Edtech office.
