As an Education Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents in selecting appropriate academic paths based on their interests, skills, and goals. You’ll assist with admissions, applications, career counseling, and course selection both for domestic and international institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding career paths, academic options, and university/college admissions.

Guide students through the application process, including documentation, deadlines, and visa requirements (for international admissions).

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to promote educational opportunities.

Stay updated with global education trends, universities, scholarships, and policies.

Meet monthly student counseling and enrollment targets.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, Psychology preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Passionate about education and student development.

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Prior experience in academic counseling or the education industry is a plus.
