Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software.Coordinate with sales and retail teams for smooth customer communication.Provide customers with production updates,dispatch details, and delivery timelines.Collect feedback and resolve customer issues effectively.Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, offers, and promotions.Improve customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.Strong communication skills.Experience in customer handling or CRM.Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc. preferred).Good in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and phone communication.Problem-solving and complaint-handling abilities.
