The Service Reminder Executive is responsible for contacting customers to remind them about due and overdue vehicle services, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information. The role supports the Service Department in achieving service targets and improving customer retention.
Call customers to remind them about upcoming, due, or overdue two-wheeler services.
Maintain and update customer service records in the system.
Schedule service appointments as per customer convenience and workshop availability.
Provide information about service offers, AMC packages, and promotions.
Follow up with customers who have missed their service dates.
Coordinate with the service advisor and workshop team for appointment confirmations.
Handle basic customer queries related to service timing, location, and process.
Record customer feedback and escalate major issues to the Service Manager.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare daily/weekly reports of calls made, appointments booked, and conversions.
Good communication and telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
