About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Servicing Executive to join our team. The role involves managing day-to-day client communication, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience (mainly in events) or a Mass Communication professional who is passionate about advertising and client management.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative, operations, and digital teams.
• Understand client briefs and communicate requirements clearly to the internal team.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain client relationships by providing prompt updates and addressing queries.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in an advertising/creative/events agency (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, presentations, and Excel.
• Good understanding of advertising, branding, print, and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
