We are looking for an energetic, result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the corporate gifting segment.
Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients (HR, Marketing, Admin, and Procurement teams).
Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email campaigns.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Present company profile and product range to decision-makers.
Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines for gifting programs.
Propose customized gift ideas and solutions suited to their branding needs.
Coordinate with the design and operations team for mockups, quotations, and delivery updates.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through continuous engagement.
Prepare quotations and proposals with competitive pricing strategies.
Negotiate and close deals profitably.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM records with call reports, proposals sent, and follow-ups.
Research new corporate sectors and regions for business expansion.
Suggest new product categories and seasonal campaign ideas (Diwali, Employee Day, Women’s Day, etc.).
Participate in exhibitions, B2B events, and client meetings for brand promotion.
Work closely with the operations team for order execution and timely delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers, designers, and packaging teams when needed.
Share weekly reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Gifting, Event Management, or Promotional Products industry.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn networking.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in follow-ups.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Open to travel for client meetings and exhibitions.
