Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, Google, and other online sources.
Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and networking.
Contact manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and service providers interested in government business opportunities.
Schedule meetings and online presentations with prospective clients.
Client Acquisition
Explain GeM Portal and Tender Consultancy services to potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service packages.
Convert leads into paying clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
Build long-term business relationships.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain daily call reports and lead tracking records.
Update CRM and sales pipeline regularly.
Submit daily and weekly activity reports.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and Internet Research.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, tender consulting, Gem services, recruitment services, industrial products, or related fields.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
