JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE) Department: Sales – Client Acquisition Reports to: Sales Manager Location: Pandav Nagar, East Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 0–2 years 🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a critical role in driving revenue growth The BDE is responsible for managing qualified leads, engaging potential clients, scheduling meetings, and converting prospects into confirmed bookings for wedding photography and film services. This is a fast-paced, client-facing sales role where clear communication, empathy, and disciplined follow-up are key to success. 🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead Handling & Client Communication ● Contact and qualify leads provided through Meta Ads, Privyr CRM, or inbound WhatsApp inquiries. ● Understand client requirements (wedding date, venue, preferences, budget, etc.). ● Send portfolio links, sample albums, and pricing details professionally2. Sales Conversion ● Conduct structured sales calls following company scripts and objection-handling techniques. ● Book in-studio meetings or virtual consultations with clients. ● Convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining margin integrity. 3. CRM & Documentation ● Log all lead activities, conversations, and status updates in CRM tools (Privyr / Google Sheets). ● Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics accurately. 4. Coordination with Teams ● Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to align lead handling and conversion priorities. ● Share client insights and feedback to improve sales strategies. 5. Performance & Reporting ● Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets (₹20L standard). ● Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions. 💡 SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. ● 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). ● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills. ● Familiarity with CRM tools (Google Sheets, Privyr, WhatsApp Business). COMPENSATION STRUCTURE ● Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience) ● Incentives: 1–2.5% of confirmed booking revenue ● Bonuses: ₹5,000 performance bonus + ₹2,000 efficiency bonus (on target achievement) Total potential earnings range ₹35,000 – ₹90,000/month, depending on performance. 🏆 GROWTH & CAREER PATH ● Trainee BDE → BDE → Senior BDE → Sales Manager ● Opportunity to lead regional teams or train new joiners after consistent performance.
