Role Overview:The BDA will be responsible for generating leads, managing client interactions, showcasing real estate projects, and driving sales conversions for Erayaa Builders & Developers.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new customer leads through field visits, calls, and referrals.Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages to clients clearly.Schedule and conduct site visits with potential customers.Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups for closures.Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to the team.Maintain proper documentation, client records, and sales reports.Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle customers professionally.Basic knowledge of real estate sales (training provided if needed).Must be self-driven and target-oriented.Work Type: Full-timeLocation: As per project requirements (Bengaluru)
