Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and approach potential clients for staffing and apprenticeship partnerships.

    • Develop long-term relationships with HR heads, plant heads, and decision-makers.

    • Schedule and conduct business meetings, presentations, and proposals.

  • Apprenticeship Program Promotion (NAPS/NATS)

    • Promote National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) and its benefits to industries.

    • Onboard establishments for NAPS implementation and manage contract execution.

    • Coordinate with TPA, BOAT, and MSDE for documentation and compliance.

  • Staffing Services Development

    • Understand client manpower requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.

    • Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery.

    • Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize profits.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Staffing Services and Apprenticeship Schemes (NAPS/NATS)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proven track record in B2B sales or HR solution sales

  • Knowledge of apprenticeship compliance, NAPS portal, and subsidy processes

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
