Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and convert company-generated leads

  • Meet customers face-to-face and explain life insurance products

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Cross-sell and upsell insurance products

  • Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance

  • Follow up for premium renewals

  • Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM system

  • Participate in branch sales meetings and training programs

    Minimum 1 year any Banking , finance , insurance , sales exeperiance.
