Job Title: Sales Team Leader – Credit Cards & Loans (HL, PL, BL)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in promoting and selling Credit Cards and Loan Products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan). The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales, strong leadership skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Drive sales of Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans through various channels (field sales, tele calling, digital leads, etc.).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product penetration and market share.
Train and guide team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Monitor daily performance and provide feedback and support to improve productivity.
Handle customer queries, ensure excellent customer service, and resolve escalations promptly.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, credit, and backend) to ensure smooth loan processing.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in sales (preferably in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Products).
Education: Graduate in any
Proven experience in selling Credit Cards, Home Loans, Personal Loans, or Business Loans.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
