Role Overview
Guide students through their educational journey, including course selection, career planning, and personal development. Serve as a liaison between students and the institution, ensuring applications are completed, processed, and finalized. Primarily contact prospective students via phone to enroll them in Campus Zest programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and inform prospects about courses, fees, and admissions.
· Provide counseling on program details, career paths, and suitable course selections based on student profiles.
· Assist with academic planning, major selection, and alignment with student strengths and goals.
· Connect students to resources like financial aid and mental health support.
· Address personal or social challenges impacting decisions.
· Manage confidential student records and interactions.
· Facilitate enrollments, paperwork, and follow-ups to secure admissions.
· Handle inbound queries and maintain updated student data.
· Stay informed on academic trends, offerings, and industry needs.
