Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive incoming goods, verify quality and quantity, and update records.
2. Store materials in designated locations with proper labeling and organization.
3. Issue raw materials and supplies to kitchen as per requisition.
4. Maintain daily stock register and inventory logs.
5. Conduct regular physical stock audits and report variances.
6. Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests to avoid shortages.
7. Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) method in inventory usage.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and return of damaged goods.
9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the storage area.
10. Use inventory management software (Zoho or similar) and update Excel reports.
