This role combines strong product-knowledge of precious metals and gemstones with excellent customer service and sales skills, to drive revenue and build long-term customer relationships.

• Greet and welcome customers entering the showroom in a courteous and professional manner.

• Engage customers to understand their preferences, budget, occasion and style, then recommend appropriate jewellery designs and collections.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of stock availability, pricing, current promotions and new arrivals.

• Meet or exceed individual daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
