Retail Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Furniture Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for home décor and interior design, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for helping customers find the right furniture pieces to suit their needs, processing transactions, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting furniture and home décor items.

• Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and availability.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions.

• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.

• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with repeat customers.

• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams for timely dispatches.

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Graduation diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home décor.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.

• Basic computer skills (POS systems, email, CRM tools).

• Good sense of style and design is an advantage.
