Provide accurate information on product pricing, features, benefits, and after-sales services.
Promote sales through cross-selling, upselling, and informing customers about ongoing discounts or offers.
Ensure shelves and racks are fully stocked, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Handle merchandise returns and exchanges as per store policy.
Manage billing, cash/card transactions, and maintain accuracy in POS operations.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily store operations.
Share customer feedback, concerns, or suggestions with the Store Manager.
Stay updated on new product launches, trends, and store protocols.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
1 – 4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
