The ideal candidate should be passionate about sportswear, have excellent communication skills, and be able to deliver a superior customer experience while achieving sales targets.________________________________________Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Engagement•	Actively approach and engage customers to promote Puma products.•	Understand customer needs and recommend suitable footwear & apparel.•	Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out targets.•	Drive add-on sales (e.g., socks, Caps, Apparel with footwear).2. Product Knowledge•	Maintain strong knowledge of product features, technologies, and benefits.•	Communicate the value and USP of Puma products confidently.•	Stay updated on new launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.3. Visual Merchandising & Display•	Ensure the Puma section is well-organized, clean, and visually attractive.•	Follow brand VM guidelines for display, stacking, and signage.•	Coordinate with store VM team for periodic refresh.4. Inventory & Replenishment•	Monitor stock levels and highlight replenishment requirements.•	Report fast-moving and slow-moving styles to your supervisor.•	Ensure accurate handling of sizes, styles, and SKUs.5.
