Roles & Responsibilities:
· Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the designated area, increasing market share and revenue.
· Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, train, and coach the sales team across multiple locations, while also managing their performance and resolving issues.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional business and sales plans, identifying new business opportunities and adapting to market trends.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners to secure business and foster loyalty.
· Sales Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze sales figures, market research, and customer feedback to inform strategies and report on performance to senior management.
· Operational Oversight: Manage inventory, ensure operational efficiency across stores, and oversee staff for a positive customer shopping experience.
