Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for call centre roles (Telesales, Customer Service Representatives, QA, etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning
Post job ads on job portals, social media, and internal platforms.
Proactively source candidates through referrals and online channels
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic to assess communication and customer service skills.
Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring panels, and follow up on interview feedback.
Maintain candidate pipelines and keep database updated.
Handle bulk hiring campaigns and recruitment drives.
Support hiring for night shifts.
Contribute to improving the candidate experience and employer brand.
Handle Employee Grievances, address the issues effectively.
Ensure that high-performing employees receive proper rewards and recognition.
Contribute recommendations for enhancing rewards and recognition strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration will be added advantage.
Minimum 1 years of experience in high-volume or call centre recruitment.
Strong interviewing and screening skills, especially for voice and customer-facing roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours depending on hiring needs.
Ability to create and structure R&R initiatives.
Ability to hear employees’ concerns.
