Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior positions and high-volume frontline hiring.
Build and execute effective sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural, behavioral, and competency fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear job briefs and role specifications.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer negotiation while maintaining internal parity.
Align hiring practices with organizational pillars: People, Product, Process & Profit.
Support workforce planning and ensure staffing needs meet business growth and service excellence.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Create recruitment content for social media, job posts, recruitment events, and internal communication.
Partner with marketing (where applicable) to strengthen recruitment campaigns.
Represent the brand at job fairs, events, and industry forums.
Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutes.
Plan and execute campus hiring programs, internship drives, and student engagement initiatives.
Conduct pre-placement talks, workshops, and recruitment presentations.
Maintain long-term partnerships with academic institutions for future hiring needs.
Track and report recruitment KPIs including TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and hiring quality.
Maintain accurate hiring data and dashboards for leadership review.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal policies and local labor laws.
Maintain a strong focus on candidate experience and employer reputation.
Support development and improvement of recruitment SOPs and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred.
4–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in mass hiring and mid-senior level hiring is essential.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and sourcing expertise.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
