Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and senior roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → coordination → negotiation → closure.
Conduct detailed technical & behavioral screening aligned to client needs.
Drive recruitment for security-cleared, confidential, and time-sensitive positions.
Communicate professionally with client hiring managers, understand requirements, and suggest improvements.
Share market intelligence, salary trends, and competitor insights.
Maintain accurate data in ATS/Trackers.
Submit daily/weekly recruitment updates.
Follow all compliance, documentation, and confidentiality protocols.
1–5 years of recruitment experience (technical/engineering preferred).
Strong sourcing skills using Boolean search, social media, niche platforms.
Experience hiring for Non IT , IT , Automotive, Engineering, Aerospace, Defense, Semiconductor, R&D roles is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
