HR Operations and Responsibilities:
Managing end to end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Handling employee documentation and maintaining HR records.
Coordinating attendance, leave management and shift scheduling.
Managing payroll inputs, salary processing coordination and reimbursement records.
Ensuring timely employee database updated in HRMS systems.
Handling employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave and policies.
Coordinating background verification and document validation.
Managing employee exit process, including resignation, clearance, and full and final statement
Monitoring deployment of manpower at client locations.
Coordinating with recruitment teams for joining status and manpower requirements
Maintaining employee files and statutory records.
Preparing HR operational reports and MIS for management and clients.
Handling employee engagement and grievance coordination at site level.
Supporting client audits and operational documentation requirements.
Ensuring smooth communication between employees, clients and management.
HR Compliance Responsibilities:
Ensuring company compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Managing PF, ESIC, Challan Payments and return submissions.
Maintain compliance records as per government norms.
Preparing and updating statutory registers and employee records.
Ensuring compliance under Shops and Establishment Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, and other labor laws.
Coordinating labor license applications and renewals.
Handling contract for compliance documentation for client requirements.
Conducting internal compliance audits and documentation checks.
Coordinating with government departments during inspections.
Tracking employee statutory benefits and eligibility.
Ensuring salary structure complies with wage laws and regulations.
Monitoring compliance of vendors and subcontractors if applicable.
Managing monthly compliance, MIS and audit reports.
Supporting legal documentation related to employee matters.
Ensuring adherence to company HR policies and client compliance standards.
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of employee and statutory data.
Staying updated with changes in labor laws and compliance regulations.
