Key Responsibilities:
Screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews with candidates
Shortlisting candidates and sharing their details with hiring managers.
Scheduling and confirming interviews according to the hiring manager's and candidates' availability.
Posting, updating, and removing job ads from job portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Preparing HR-related reports on Google Sheets.
End to End recruitment process.
Maintaining a proper follow-up with the candidate.
Excellent Sourcing skills in IT and Non-IT positions.
Candidates who has lateral hiring exp only are required.
