Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Generate offer letters and assist with onboarding processes.
Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Lever, Greenhouse).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
