Recruitment
- Understand hiring requirements with department heads and draft accurate job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural fit
- Coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional rounds
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding process
