HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various positions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities

• Handle daily recruitment activities and reporting

• Work closely with the hiring team to fulfill manpower requirements

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

• Positive attitude and professional behavior

Qualification

• Any Degree / MBA HR preferred

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
