HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent that aligns with the company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Source potential candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and referrals

• Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of applicants

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding formalities

• Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience

• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance
