Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across sales, counselling, academics, and support teams

• Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and college drives

• Conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for evaluations

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring needs

• Manage job postings, update recruitment trackers, and prepare weekly hiring reports

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates

• Organize and lead walk-in drives, campus hiring, and internship recruitment

• Assist in performance tracking and retention strategies for new hires

  Key Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in recruitment and lead generation

• Familiarity with EdTech hiring, especially for NEET or academic-focused roles

• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

• Experience with job portals, ATS, LinkedIn sourcing, and data handling (Excel/Google Sheets)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Strategic thinking with problem-solving and decision-making abilities

 Qualification

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• MBA in HR preferred
