Receptionist-cum-Admin In-Charge

We are looking for an organized, and well-presented Receptionist-cum-Admin In-Charge to manage front office operations and day-to-day administration at our corporate office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception desk, calls, visitors, and correspondence professionally.
• Oversee office administration, housekeeping, pantry, and vendor coordination.
• Handle meeting room bookings, guest hospitality, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain records of admin expenses, supplies, and office documentation.
• Support HR and finance teams with admin coordination and reporting.
Requirements:
• Graduate (preferred: Business Administration / Commerce).
• 3–5 years’ experience in front office & admin roles.
• Excellent communication & MS Office skills.
• Polished, dependable, and proactive personality.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending upon experience and interview)
