Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the company’s hiring needs. The role involves sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, while working closely with hiring managers to forecast workforce requirements. The ideal candidate will build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, ensure a positive candidate experience, and use data to optimize hiring strategies.Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring.
Manage ATS, job postings, and recruitment databases.
Handle candidate negotiations and offer closures.
Maintain excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
Analyze hiring metrics and improve processes.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MBA in HR (Preferred).
3–6 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Hands-on experience with ATS or recruitment software.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
