Roles and Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
● Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
🔹 Employee Relations:
● Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work culture.
● Conduct regular employee check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
🔹 Performance Management & Rewards:
● Manage performance appraisal processes including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
● Support managers in performance reviews and recognition of high performers through structured R&R programs.
🔹 Learning & Development:
● Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external learning programs.
● Facilitate career development and continuous learning initiatives.
🔹 Compensation & Benefits:
● Administer salary structures, benefits programs, and related policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
● Address employee queries regarding payroll, benefits, and related HR matters.
🔹 HR Policy & Compliance:
● Develop, review, and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
🔹 Employee Engagement:
● Plan and execute engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and festive events.
● Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivated workplace culture.
🔹 HR Analytics & Reporting:
● Maintain HR data, track KPIs, and generate regular analytical reports for management review.
● Provide insights and recommendations for improving HR efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements:
● Proven experience in leading HR and talent acquisition initiatives at both strategic and operational levels.
● Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and team management.
● Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build cross-functional relationships.
● Ability to analyze HR metrics and data for strategic insights.
● Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality in all HR matters.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
● Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
● In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
● Strong organizational, analytical, and people management skills.
