Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & payroll management, and policy implementation. This position requires a professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and people-friendly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Manage onboarding formalities, induction programs, and documentation.

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and generate related reports.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

  • Assist in processing payroll inputs and leave balances.

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle documentation related to HR policies, letters (offer, increment, resignation, etc.), and compliance.

  • Coordinate training and development activities.

  • Conduct exit interviews and manage full and final settlements.

Key Skills & Competencies Required : 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
