🔹 About the Role:

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at Market HR Solutions to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization.
The tasks include identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating them, updating job ads, and performing background checks.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions as per organizational needs.

• Source and engage candidates using online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate assessments.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media platforms.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to identify future requirements.

• Conduct reference and background verification of shortlisted candidates.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BBA / MBA in HR preferred)

• Experience Range: 0–2 years (freshers welcome)

• Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication (English & Tamil preferred)

  • Familiarity with job portals and resume databases

  • Basic understanding of sourcing techniques

  • Good judgment and evaluation skills

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
