Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Oversee payroll management, attendance tracking, and statutory HR compliance.
Lead employee engagement, motivation, and performance evaluation initiatives.
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Partner with management to foster a positive, transparent, and high-performing work culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support learning & development and other people initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the IT or Digital industry.
Strong understanding of HR laws, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to execution.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
