HR Executive

🔸 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance & payroll support, and compliance with company policies.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers)

• Manage onboarding and induction of new employees

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS or Excel

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing

• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures

• Support performance review and appraisal processes

• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance

• Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, relieving letters, etc.

🔸 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in an HR role

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools

🔸 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HRMS tools

• Knowledge of payroll and statutory components (PF, ESI, etc.)

• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance
